- Managing and administers Enterprise network typically consisting of around 1000+ network devices (Routers, Firewall (Fortinet), VOIP Gateway such as Patton, One Access and other related equipment).
- Install and configure network equipment such as Cisco Routers and VOIP Gateways
- Management of VPN solution (IPsec)
- Acts as a level 2/3 on-call support for network infrastructure which handles high priority and escalated issues on the different Cisco equipment for personal clients
- Analyze the need and implementation of the QoS (all sites) based on cisco devices
- Installation and implementation of monitoring solution (PRTG)
- Troubleshoots the most complex network issues as level 2/3 engineering support
- Ensure Network Operations notification and escalation procedures has accurately followed
- Schedules and coordinates installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the client network and ensures compatibility of all communications and computer hardware/software.
- Installation and configuration of Cisco Catalyst 2960 equipment VLAN configuration
- Installation and configuration of VPN users
- Management and configuration of Wi-Fi network ( EAP-TTLS authentication , SSO via splash page)
- Maintain cable systems by installing, repairing, programming, and upgrading cable infrastructure
- VLAN configuration, VLAN routing switch InterVLAN- Level 3
- Supervision of level 2 and 3 networking equipment
- Securing network equipment level 2. (Port security – Mac Limit)
- Administration WAN , VPN tunnels , NAT / PAT
- Management level network events 2 and 3.
- User support level 1 and 2.
- Writing technical documentation and procedure level 1 helpdesk .
- Backup data tape management ArcServe .
- Active directory management.
- Maintenance of operational condition of the servers.
- Installation and configuration of TOIP Orange.
- User training, skills transfer.
- Coordinating operations with Orange telecom.
